Samples the mango and wild berr sorbet. Both were very good and tasted very natural. I hate going to corporate store as they always have an artificial after taste. The little waffle waffer top was delicious as well.
This place is great. I had wanted to try this gelato place for a few months. I was in the area and walked over to try it out. The line was out the door, but it was worth it! I love gelato, and I'm so glad I came here. I ordered the chocolate gelato. It was delicious. I'd try more flavors next time. But, chocolate is always my favorite. I love the ambiance here, and the lighting. There are tables and chairs located inside and outside of the shop. But, it is limited. If you're nearby, I'd recommend stopping here!
This has been my go to place for delicious gelato. I went there again today and picked up some gelato for my wife and friends. This place never disappoints
Mimi's has taken Scarsdale by storm. They built out a tiny location at the Scarsdale train station, right across the street from their main business- Martines. Martines offers coffee's, pastries and prepared items- all of which are excellent. They applied their high standards to Mimi's which offers a dizzying array of flavored gelatos- all delicious. The location is ultra modern in design and they service you quickly and pleasantly. It just goes to show that there are opportunities all over- you just need the right idea and strong implementation. Value is fine for the experience and they have large to go containers- sure to be a big hit a Westchester dinner parties. Congrats on this new positive addition to the Scarsdale dessert scene. It's amazing to me to read the other reviews of Mimi's as many sad and unhappy people will somehow find something to complain about.....
If you are looking to have an amazing and delightful ice cream or gelato, you must visit mimi's by Martines. It is one of the best ice cream I've ever had. Despite the long lines, it does moves fast. Excellent service! I can't wait to go back!
Delicious! Not many options for dessert in the vicinity. But, this one is worth the wait! The line may look long, but, moves fairly quickly. I had the passion fruit cheesecake (sooooooo good) and gianduia (just like Ferrero Rocher) and it did not disappoint! BIG cones and cute wafer to top it off!
I'm honestly surprised it took me this long to try Mimi's! My friends and I were out to dinner nearby and decided we would walk for gelato (we were full of pasta, so it was good to get some steps in). There had to be at least 20 flavors to choose from, if not more. I decided on hazelnut and I'm so glad I did. If you like Nutella, you need to order this flavor!
Amazing Gelato. This place just opened tonight. Some of the most amazing flavors I have ever had. They currently have gelato and sorbet. They will have Belgian and American waffles. And Italian crepes. Ratings: #1: Kookies & Caramel #2: Cantaloupe Sorbet #3: Shakerato coffee-hazelnut (vegan) They make a great use of space and it is a welcome edition to the area. The service was exceptional. I came back a second time and actually got a full helping of the Kookies & Caramel in the cone. The cone was way better than any waffle cone I have ever had. All I could say was OMG!!!
